Gregory's Story
My life history in 4000 characters...right.
RECENTLY, I have published three novels. They can be found at Amazon.com: All Shall Go to Wrack, Demand the Debt that's Owing, and Long-Remembering Harpers.
Things were tumultuous and tough for a few years. I tried a career less stressful than solo practice divorce law ... teaching 9th-grade English at an inner-city charter school. It was that, or join the bomb squad, and the bomb squad wasn't hiring...although they HAVE detonated a few lite-brites since I first wrote that last lame joke.
And then the charter school imploded on itself, and I realized that my highest and best purpose remains the court-room version of social work (divorce and family law).
I am re-married, practicing law (mainly family and divorce) in Boston and Attleboro, still singing with a chorus, writing, and cycling -- and my legs, at least, are reportedly worth looking at, and the hair is all my own (until Donald Trump bids on it, anyway). The rest...Expand for more
of me, however, remains dweebish, with a helping of pear-shaped.
And Fran is worth waking up to.
I have ridden 7 MS-150's, and did the round-trip from Attleboro to Amherst (with some rest in between) on my recumbent last summer. I also would like to begin some work for a stroke-related group, as it turns out that arterial deformities run in my generation (two sibling strokes...fun, fun, fun). Ability breeds responsibility, and I have abilities (if only my stubborn ability to pedal a bike further than an old geezer of 48 should be able to).

I told three good jokes. Well, two, maybe, and one that limped. But remember, Robin Williams had cocaine to help him along. Oh, and a sense of humor. Then I went to UMASS, rushed my way through that, and from there to law school. Now, compare me and Robin Williams, and...oh, crap. He's still funnier, and has way more money. :-)
