Guido's Story
After graduating from Armijo (1942) I was drafted for military service. Served in the Army Air Corp for 3 years and was honorably discharged Feb. 15, 1946. These were the World War II years.
I graduated from Sacramento State and received my teaching credential. I began my educational career at Crystal Sch. in 1949 I became the District Supt. of the Crystal Dist. in 1962, replacing Dan O. Root who had retired. After unification, I became Dist. Supt. of the Bayshore Sch. Dist. in Daly City, San Mateo County. I retired in 1984, after 35 years of service.

n married to Rosetta for 61 years and have 2 sons. Dennis and Johnny. Both boys have been very successful. Dennis owns and operates a Beauty Salon in Rockville and Johnny is the co-founder, arranger, song writer, vocalist and musician with Huey Lewis and the News. I have 3 grandchildren.
In addition to public service, I now live in Green Valley, enjoy golfing at the Green Valley C.C. and traveling.
Now that I have bored you with all of this info., I hope to be in touch with some of my old friends and find out what you have been doing with your life.
