Haydee's Story

So what's new with me? First and foremost is that I am no longer a work-a-holic. Finally left the retail biz! No more early bird or 15 hour sales. No more workplace politics. I am so thankful that I no longer need to deal with threats from disgruntled ex-employees because I fired their sorry asses. How many times does a girl have to Loss Prevention walk her to the car I ask? Anyways, over the past few years I've been overhauling my body and becoming more like Jamie Summers - the bionic woman. I'm official a "hippie" - someone who has had hip replacements - and I love them...just can't run as fast as the bionic woman yet. So as I creep into middle age, kicking and screaming, I'll offer myself as a resource to you all as I am well versed in positively living with arthritis, joint replacements, medicare etc and keeping a sense of humor about it all. So now that I am retired I enjoy/like/love hanging out with friends and family, great conversations, good times, yummy meals, water...Expand for more
aerobics, cooking, reading, travel and arm chair travel, volunteering and empowering people and eating/being healthier. Oh don't worry I still love a good party and shots of tequilla And of course playing on the computer. Some of you may remember that my nickname is "HEIKI" and one of my favorite numbers is "1". If you want to catch up, you can always find me over on "AOL". ("I'm sure you are smart enough to put it all together") ....I don't have the gold membership here, so I can't see who has signed my guestbook or peeked at my profile. But you can track me down on myspace, linkedin or facebook pretty easily & we can reconnect. I still live in West LA...within blocks of Brentwood. Still single, no kids. I'll leave the tales of my travel adventures & vacation escapades to when we catch up or all we will have to talk about is the weather.....so I think I've run out of things to say for the moment... so if you see a sassy red Saturn sc2 zip by you.... wave, as it might be me!
