Hazel's Story
Life
It's been a long and winding road (as the song goes). Life challenges have made me a strong, happy, and well adjusted person.
As the years go on, I've made it to my 40's--- successful in my career, happy with my hobbies (golf and Toastmasters), satisfied with my family (one daughter), and hopeful for my future.
After high school, I became a mother on my daughter (who is now 21 years old - go on, I know you're doing the math...lol). With the support of my parents, I was able to complet...Expand for more
e my schooling, and get into a great profession - computer programming (in the days before the internet).
Through my career, I've travelled the world, had tons of opportunities, and met some great people.
About 3 years ago, I started going to Toastmasters - a great organization that has given me far more than I ever expected. I have also become an avid golfer...not good, but having fun.
I'm looking forward to the next phase of my life and making the most of my freedom and life stability.
