Heather's Story
Hi everyone! I just realized it's been forever since I've updated my story, because it said I was still in my clinical rotations, lol. I haven't been in school for almost 3 years now. Oh well. Life has been very busy. The ER is always busy, especially at night, and the new hospital is growning by leaps and bounds. Banner certainly didn't expect us to be this much busier than we were at the old hospital. At least work is never boring.
I'm not married, but I know so many of us who are. I don't have any kids yet. But I've seen some of you who have had one come through work. I now work at Banner Gateway Medical Center. I work nights, and I'm always in the ER. I also pick up days here and there at Phoenix Childrens Hospital, and sometimes the Phoenix Childrens East Valley Speciality center.
I have two dogs, and I'm very active...Expand for more
in competing in dog agility (re: USDAA.com). I'm a board member and top member of the east valley group. It's so much fun. My dogs are 9 and 4. I'll likely be getting a puppy near the end of the year so I have another dog to run in agility as my 4 year old gets older.
I'm getting ready to move again. I like my house now, but it doesn't have a very big yard, and with the housing market the way it is, I want a yard that I can have more agility equipment in for practicing with my dogs. Right now I have a half set of weave poles and 2 jumps and not much more room, LOL.
I don't get online at home very often due to all the working on moving and other things I'm trying to do, but I check my email often. I still have my old emails open, but the most often used one is through gmail.com, use sonogirl22.
