Heather's Story
Life
I am married to a wonderful man and have three beautiful boys....Brennan Tyler, Isaac Scott and John Joseph. I also have two stepdaughters, Courtney and Amber. Needless to say, I have my hands full. I never thought I'd have five children in my life but things don't always end up the way you imagined them! Life is so full of surprises...I just hope I live long enough to experience lots of them!
School
High school...what can I say about it? It flew by so quickly. I never thought things from high school would become blurry, but lots of things are getting that way! I really enjoyed school and all of the people I went to school with. We were such a close group. I miss that sometimes.
I remember going to a Marky Mark concert with one of my best friends, Crystal Atkinson. We had such a good time. At that point in our lives Mark Wahlberg seemed like the best singer alive. Boy do things change as we get older! We used to live to go to the skating rink in Oakdale on the weekends. Social lives were so important!
I would have to say that one of my favorite teachers from high school is Coach Robert Flowers. He was a real inspiration for me. I think I learned a lot from him abo...Expand for more
ut doing the right things and having a lot of heart. He really is a great guy. Thanks Coach!
Other than Coach Flowers, I know I learned a lot from Mrs. Jarrell. The things I'vd learned from her really helped me in the workplace. Mr. Jarrell also taught me so much. The fact that he knows any and everything about math still amazes me to this day! And last, but not least, Mr. Sutton...say what you want to say about him but he's a really smart man....
Now, with all of that said, if I could do it all over again, would I? Maybe.....
College
Boy, boy, boy.....college sure was fun! Going to college can be such a great experience but it was a wonderful, fun experience for me that far exceeded my expectations! I went to college with my very best friend, Christina Wilkinson Skipper! We moved to Virginia and pursued our education. Talk about stories that could be told!!! We definitely spent countless hours studying and plenty of time going out. It was one of the best periods of time in my life. I learned so much about people, priorities and just life in general. I wouldn't trade that time or those experiences for anything in the world! And, if you're reading this Christi...."Mer!" ;^)
