Heather's Story
Life
These things are always dull and never say anything.
For fun I read and buy books. A lot. Sometimes I write poetry, but that was mostly when I was younger and less sure of myself.
Summers I used to ride my bike. A lot. The last few years I did the MS 150, but the new baby takes up all of my time. As it should be.
Life's nice and good and the storybook happily ever after boring. Who could ask for more?
Favorite wine is a red Zinfandel. I've not tried them all yet. Second favorite is a Shiraz Cabernet blend. Haven't really gotten into whites.
My husband's name is Brian. We live in the St. Louis area. We have 5 cats but no kids. This may or may not change, but I can tell you the cats are here to stay. We can recite every word of the Tidy Cats "party" commercial. Purina is one of his clients, and we've seen that commercial over and over and over again. Makes for some amusement when we act it out for our friends.
Every year we through an Atari party, and boy is that a blast. I brought one into the marriage, and he's picked up 6 or 7 more through yard sales and e-bay. We stop by places that sell used cartridges and yard sales, and we pick up t...Expand for more
vs and stuff and borrow the projector from work. Then we buy a boatload of alcohol and entertain all of our friends for several hours on one Saturday night a year. Even more fun is the fact that I've usually ridden 50+ miles that day and haven't napped. Very amusing - slaphappy, tired, and full of wine and playing video games.
Favorite things: wine. music. poetry. intensity. books. cleanliness. cycling. weight lifting. order. disorder. video games. tv shows on dvd. family. cats (family). flowers and herb gardens. logic problems. computer programming (great rush). roller coasters.
If I know you - hope you're well. No complaints here.

College
Went to SMSU. Out in 4.5 but it was really 4 because I took a semester off (1992 spring). Went to MU and put in 15 hours toward a Master's. Then stopped.
Overall - good degree, Communications Management. It's something you use everyday in every field, so no complaints.
I liked the Master's coursework toward Public Administration, but it wasn't meant to be. I spent about 3 years wth St. Louis County Government before going private sector, and I've never regretted the decision to leave government work.
