Heather's Story
i live in upstate ny with my incredible family. i've worked as a math/science/german/crafts teacher in 4 different schools since college. right now i'm mostly happy staying at home with my 2.5 kids. i feel lucky that the rest of my family has work that actually pays money (unlike funky private school wages) so that i can stay home for now. i think i'd be a crazy woman otherwise.
its funny listing myself as heather because i haven't used that name since i was at UDHS in 1988. i started using heidi in germany the year my class graduated and it stuck.

e are only 12 outdoor recreational activities or 8 mutually exclusive roles we all fell into when we were in school. i guess its some sort of psych test/marketing gimic. i'm interested to see what sort of junk mail turns up in my box. also what's with asking us how many kids we have or want to have? some people might really have none or 2 and wish they had 100. some people might have 1 and wish they had none. so which way do people answer? i just thought it was a weird way to frame a quick factoid question that for some might have a more interesting answer than what would be obvious to those of us glancing at the page.
