Life
Hi everyone! I live in Pittsburgh, PA about 10 minutes drive from where I went to college. When I was in college I got to go to Switzerland on an exchange program for four months, and I used to think it was interesting that there was a Swissvale nearby here in Pittsburgh but knew nothing about it. Now I live right next to Swissvale. I met my husband in college- Hugo. He was also in the graphic design dept. Since then, he's changed careers and become a minister. l getting his minister's degree, we lived in SC. Part of the time, we lived in a place called Sparrow Swamp. I was really nervous about living there before I got there since Sparrow Swamp sounded like a creepy name. It turned out to be one of the more interesting, wonderful places I've lived--located in the middle of soybean farmlands, cotton, and corn, and great people. One of the neighbors up the road used to raise chickens for Campbell's soup! We have five kids. Keeps us busy and blessed.
