Heather's Story
After graduating from CHS, I went to Grove City College, where I earned a BS in Industrial Management (combination of Engineering and Business). I graduated from GCC in 1997 and took a job with a small software company near Pittsburgh. I worked there until I became a stay-at-home-mom in 2006.
I married my college sweetheart in Oct 1998. After a couple years of looking for a house that fit with our idea of what we wanted, we finally decided to build one ourselves (with some help from a couple contractors for items that were beyond our capabilities or would take us too long to finish ourselves).

tart our family. Finally, in January 2006 our first daughter was born. We added a second daughter to our family in October 2007.
We all live in Saxonburg, PA (45 minutes north of Pittsburgh), where I am a stay-at-home-mom, as well as the office administrator for our church and our township tax collector. My husband works as a computer programmer, and farms on the side. We currently raise alpacas (smaller cousin of the llama) and goats on our little farm.
