Heidi's Story
Life
After high school, I graduated in 1991 with a Bachelor's of Science in Aerospace Flight Technology from Kent State University. I flight instructed at the university for two years. In 1992 I married Scott Koeppl, whom I met my Freshman year at Kent. We both took jobs with Mesaba Airlines (Northwest Airlink)and moved to Michigan right after getting married. born in June 1997. Also during this time I flew skydivers in Bowling Green, OH during the summers. This was a great way to build flight time and yes I did make one jump! I decided to stay home after Kyle was born and in September 2000 our daughter Anna was born. In June 2003, we moved to Perrysburg, OH, just 12 miles south of our old home. Right now I am very happy that I am able to stay home with my children. I plan on flying in some capacity after both children are in school.
