Heidi's Story
Life
I went to the University of Oregon and graduated in 1991. I majored in French and International Studies, and spent my junior year abroad in Lyon, France. After graduation I went back to France to work as an English teacher in a high school for a year. When I came back I got a job as a preschool teacher at the French-American School in Portland. ided in 1995 to go back to school to get a degree in library science. I am now a librarian at the University of Portland and have been there since fall of 1997. I married my husband, Russell Senior, in 1994; in August 1999 on our anniversary our son Henry was born. UPDATE: on Dec. 31, 2001 we had a second boy, Peter. I'm glad I found this site and would love to hear from anyone who remembers me.
