Career: Currently Chairman of DaVega & Wolfe Industries Holdings, a holding company specializing in activist investments in or takeover of undervalued & under-managed companies.
I have been a frequent guest lecturer at Harvard University on corporate governance. My wife Deborah and I relocated from Chicago to the greater Phoenix area in 2026.
