Howard's Story
Life
After graduation from Wantagh High School, I attended the University of Denver. I graduated in June of 1966 with a BA degree in Economics with minors in Math, Chemistry and Finance. Following graduation, I got married to Sandra in Rochester, NY on June 18, 1966.
We moved to Oklahoma and I began working for Phillips Petroleum in data processing (now Information Technology). I began working on my masters degree at the University of Tulsa while working full time. After three years, we moved to...Expand for more
California where we have been ever since.
I completed my MBA in Finance from United States International University in 1971 while working for the San Diego City School District also in the IT area. Other management positions were with Security Pacific, California First Bank and Union Bank before leaving the IT area and buying my own company in 1992.
Sandra and I had our first child, a son, in 1971. We also have two daughters who were born in 1973 and 1977. We now have three grand children.
