Ian's Story

After high school I went to Herzing Institute and became an electronic technician. I left Montreal and headed west to Calgary. 25 years in the oil patch I am currently in Edmonton and work in the bush of northern Alberta. ved to Medicine Hat Alberta so that my wife and I can be closer to her family. My son is still living in Edmonton. I work in Wasbasca, Alberta in the middle of the bush. Currently I have been in the oil patch for 29 years. As of 2015 I am Semi-Retired but active on the golf course. Still looking to get back to work full time.
