More about Irmgard:"aka", Irm. Born in Germany. Grew up in Milwaukee and West Allis, Wisconsin. Irmgard was enrolled at St.Martini in November 1957, after arriving in Milwaukee from Germany on 31 Oct 1957. Having been in the third grade in Germany, Irmgard started In Miss Predoehl's 1st and 2nd grade until the year was up, then moving to 3rd/4th grade in Miss Klusinske's class. After that year, Irmgard progressed with the rest of her classmates until graduation. After St. Martini, Irmgard attended Milwaukee Lutheran High for a year, then transferred to West Allis Central High. Married to Don Alderman, Irmgard followed her husband to various military assignments until his retirement from the Army in 1985. Irmgard and Don were blessed with two sons, Bill and Scott. Two grandchildren, Ozzy and Melinda Joy. Other family members are:" Shadow, our kitty, also Sage, Nadia and Leyla, our overgrown pupper hounds." Having resided in Colorado Springs since 1978, the family made the move to Colorado City in 2010 because "we've always liked coming here" .
