Irwin ( Woody}'s Story
After graduating Senn in 1960 I went to Wrght Jr College. Being inspired by some great teachers & feeling bad about not being at a "real University", I decided to make something of myself. I dedicated my life to studies & transferred to the U of I at Navy Pier Chicago. Studying pre-dental, I pushed myself to get into Dental School. I was accepted & graduated in 1966. In 1965 I married a cutie from the neighborhood, Mickey Ross. After graduation I went into the military as a Dentist at Edwards Air Force Base. Had a great time coaching the football team.Our first child Susie was born there in 1968.

worked as a dentist in Chicago & Mickey raised our daughter & made a great home for us. Our son Michael was born in 1971.
After the kids were older, Mickey joined me at the office & has been there since. Our kids graduated from Highland Park High School & went to college. Susie graduated as a teacher & Mike is a veterinarian. Both are married with two children & a dog.
Our kids & grandkids are our lives. Material posessions & social engagements are not important to us. After several bouts with illness we really appreciate what is important in life; health & family. As I edit this in a cabin in Land O' Lakes WI, my grandson Brett is IM ing me on AOL. What a great life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
