Ivan's Story

Retired as of June, 2017 and living in Peoria, AZ. Worked in the travel industry my entire career, starting with Eastern Airlines in Woodbridge, NJ (worked with Gail Makris, CRHS 1970; Barbara Noga, CRHS 1971; Debbie Penksa, MTHS 1971 and Lorraine Rosant, CRHS 1972). Did time at Newark Airport with Eastern in the mid 80s; I even saw a few of you there. I also worked for Eastern in New York City at Rockefeller Center. I moved to Miami, FL in 1999, working for a company named Amadeus (those of you in the travel industry will recognize the name) which is jointly owned by Air France, Iberia and Lufthansa. I went to the 20th reunion in Oct. 1992 - what a hoot. Lorraine Rosant, Sandy Beck, Patti Post, Linda Naumann, Bruce Hoelz, Jimmy Tafaro, The Coderre Brothers, Ken and June Hullings, to name just a few (my memory is not what it once was). I still keep in touch with Sylvia Valente, George Burns, Lorraine Rosant, Nick Castiglione,, Anne Kaelin and so many other CB/LH friends. A little sad news ... my long-time and very dear friend, Barbara (Kennedy) Crawford (CRHS 1972) passed away in Oct, 2007, after a very long struggle with several debilitating illnesses. She was living in South Florida ... she will be missed.
