J. Keith's Story
Life
Well then here I am! I am Joseph Keith Purvis but have gone by Keith my entire life. I have attended many different schools growing up as an Army Brat including Hancock Day School (75-76) in Savannah, GA; St. Joseph's (76-80) in Killeen, TX; Bradley Elementary (80-81) in Ft Leavenworth, KS; East Junior High (81-82) in Leavenworth, KS; Hanau American H.S. (82-83) in Hanau, W. Germany; Frankfurt American J.H.S. (83-84), Frankfurt H.S. (84-85) both in Frankfurt, W. Germany; and graduated from Leesville H.S.(85-87) in Leesville, LA. I was involved in High School Track and Cross Country Teams as well as local soccer. Although I didn't graduate from Frankfurt I consider myself an "almost" alumnist (as I am sure many do!). ere I finished. I attended the United States Military Academy (West Point) Class of 1991 but did not graduate due to poor grades. I went to a community college and then finished my undergraduate degree at Armstrong State College in Savannah, GA in December 1992 after which I was commissioned into the Army. If when you look me up in any of these schools' yearbooks and realize you know/knew me please drop me a line, I'd love to hear from you! I am currently married (Jennifer), have four great boys and am in the Army currently stationed at Fort Polk, LA. I have been in since 1992 and have been at Ft Knox, Ft Hood, Ft Benning, Ft Leavenworth, Ft Riley, Boise and Twin Falls Idaho and now here. Again, I would love to hear from you!
