Left Chester, VA for Blacksburg VA and VA TECH in 1978.
Graduated in 1982 and off for a 27 year Army Career combining 12 years active duty and 15 years Army Reserve culminating my Army experience as a Lieutenant Colonel commmanding an Army Reserve Battalion mobilized supporting Operation IRAQI Freedom.

Beautiful and loving wife; three great kids: oldest (son) is a rising Senior at VA TECH and member of the VA TECH CORPS of CADETS; middle (son) is a rising Sophomore at Virginia Commonwealth University and had a superb first year in one of the finest Theater Arts programs in the country ; and the youngest (daughter) is a rising second grader at Horizon Elementary School and I get to be a kid again, but girls are definitely different from boys.
Having fun and still trying to figure out what I want to be when I am all grown up?
Continue to be "just comfortable in my own skin". Life continues to be great.
Still have tight friendships in Chester, but also friends world wide from my many great work experiences.
