Jack's Story
Life
After leaving Harrisville, I graduated from WVU in 1987 with a B.A. in English. I stayed at WVU an additional year, going to graduate school, also in English, and teaching writing. When I was offered a job at the U.S. Department of Defense, I left graduate school, figuring a career in government service without my M.A. in English would be better than delivering pizzas WITH an M.A. in English. I moved to Maryland in 1988, and have mostly lived here since, except for a large chunk of the 1990's, when I lived in Europe. Since I returned to the U.S. in 1997, I've be...Expand for more
en back to Europe several times and have traveled most of the continential U.S. I received my M.S. in Strategic Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College, Washington, DC, in 1999. I've also become something of a minor league baseball fanatic, having attended several hundred games in the last several years. I'm still a WVU football fan and try to get back to Morgantown for a game every year or two. I currently live between Baltimore, MD, and Washington, DC, with my wonderful wife.
