Jack's Story
After HS, went to UNB in Fredrecton then went to work with TD Bank.
After banking for 15 years, got into New homes and land development.
Also have a small asset management consulting enterprise where we help folks who are insolvent hang onto property and vehicles during bankruptcy.
Still doing that but now I'm kinda forced into a new enterprise ... flea market!!
Got stuck in a bad investment and ended up with a warehouse full of clothing, bath and linen supplies and even a load of cookware. ...Expand for more
Teamed up with my son's father-in-law and he's going to sell the stuff for me. I'm guessin' he's going to have a tough time selling off the saris, salwars and kurtas down here in Niagara though.
Health is good, family is fine. Can't complain, life has been good so far. Havin' fun and working hard. Just like everyone else.
Haven't done much travelling since my last trip to Pakistan/Bangadesh two years ago.
Spent a few weeks in Montreal - east coast and a month down south but that's it.
