Jacque's Story
So, it has been a long time Class of 1972. I am now approaching middle age but still feel like I am 20. Haha! I have three wonderful children- Jacob, Jared, and Sarah Beth. AND a gorgeous "all boy" grandson named Elijah . I was a dental assistant for 30 years and retired to teach school. Hated it! Now I am an Oral Surgeon's Assistant and I love it!

I now have 2 wonderful grandsons Gastin James was born September 03, 2010. His daddy Jared just came back from Iraq in August 2011. My daughter, Sarah is finishing her deployment to Afghanistan and will be stationed in Alaska. Look me up on Facebook Jacque Mings Barnett, I would love to see what everyone is up to now. y favorite and now I get to assist almost everyday!! :) My first job was at Kroger, where I got paid $3 an hr to check out groceries. What I remember most about it is being promoted to head cashier and being in the office! LOL. 2015...Well, this past year, I lost my father who was 5 days from being 92. He was active and still had his mind. I also turned 60 and love that people still think I turned 50. Married 41 years and life goes on. God bless everyone.
April 15,2016- semi retired and working 2-3 days a week for a fabulous dentist. Elijah is here with us while his father continues to travel with his media business. My younger son is out of the Army and lived back in Garland. The babygirl is also retired from the Army and lives in Seattle with her husband of 3 1/2 yrs.

2021- Time for an update...moved out of Garland to a couple acres in the country. Children are all grown and gone. Elijah is here with us and will graduate this year, Gastin is 10 and cute as he can be And Jared’s 2nd marriage has given us a beautiful granddaughter. Still work 2 days a week and love the office I’m at. Stay safe everyone and God Bless
