Life
Iam married have 2 girls,one is 29 and the other is 27. The oldest teaches special ed Raleigh, North Carolina & is married and just had a baby girl in August 1,2008. Rebecca works in Charlotte, North Carolina and is going to school at UNCC.I am working in a nursing home in Utica ny, as an LPN,I have been a nurse for 20 years..Before that I was a CNA in a nursing home in Herkimer ny,,where I now reside.I work with the elderly.I have been married for 38yrs, own my own house, have I have 1 dog,6 cats. I am interested in the native american religion, I am also into wicca, which some or alot of you dont understand this religion. It is a religion growing by leaps and bounds, it is a religion where we worship a God and a Goddess, it is a Earth religion, we do not believe in satan and we do not harm the Earth. This religion has been around for decades, and it is recognized as a religion in the USA, it is practiced all over the world. We do not harm animals or people as this is a earth religion.We take care of the Earth and all her living creatures on it. This religion is really great you meet all kinds of people. I also do alot of humane groups,& protests against those who ruin our country.Im into alot of animal rights and human rights.Im still 5' 10, but not a twiggy any more, have put on a few pounds like the rest of you lot.My hair is shoulder lengh, and still blonde with grey and I am now into ge...Expand for more
tting myself back into shape so I go to Curves 3 times a week.I am also interested in Ghost hunting, genology and have just recently found out that Im an Mohawk I ndian and that great,great,great grandfather was a Mohawk indian chief.He transcribe the Gospels into Mohawk language and was starting the rest of the Bible but died before he could finish it.
School
Well as some of you remember I came to Laurens from a school in Oneonta,N.Y, I started in the 6th grade at Laurens.You all thought I was a dumb geek, the in crowd I did not fit into, so I hung out with the out crowd, that crowd was for me, I had some true friends from different grades. I graduated in 1971, with the rest of you people. went to college in Herkimer,ny. Met my true love while I was at college.
College
I WENT TO HERKIMER COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOR 1 YEAR, THERE I MET MY HUSBAND, LEFT COLLEGE AND GOT MARRIED IN APRIL OF 1972.
I WENT TO BOCES IN EAST HERKIMER BECAME A CNA, WORKED AS A CNA FOR 15 YRS. I THEN DECIDED TO GO TO LPN SCHOOL. I BECAME AN LPN ON DEC. OF 1991.
Workplace
After I left Laurens I did't go far, went to work at Folts Homes in Herkimer,N.Y. as a CNA. I worked there for 15 yrs., I also went to school while I worked to become a LPN, after that I worked as an nurse at Folts Homes until 1994, I then left tried home care did't like it to boring, I then went to work at Heritage Home in 1994, Have been there since.
