Jackie's Story

Life has been great! I truly enjoy Classmates with all the stories and photos of people I have known and even some I don't know. I have been fortunate to travel, to live in Germany and go to Korea, Japan, England, and France. The world holds so many treasures for all to see and learn about that I find that life is way to short. I sometimes feel like a sponge trying to absorb every bit of it and expand my knowledge on any subject. I spend my time writing a newsletter, doing genealogy research, managing 17 properties and being a housewife. With 3 children and 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild I must say that life is always busy and challenging. I look forward to emails from old friends and love meeting new ones and Classmates has made that possible. I hope that the friends I have met along the way remember me for my kindness, giving, compassion and most of all my integrity. Especial...Expand for more
ly integrity because that is one thing that no one can ever take from a person. I hope to continue writing my story and keeping in touch with you my dear friends. Goodbye for now! Since I last wrote on here, I have another great grandson and he is precious I must say. I am thrill that people are asking me about the reunion but as most of you know, I am not a part of it for the 50th. Matter of fact, I have no idea who is in charge of it. I would like to thank the individuals that helped me with the last reunion though: Steve Foor, Judy Caldwell, Marlene Blake, Teri Maxwell, Pat Stout, Beth Smart, my husband, daughter and son-in-law. It was fantastic working with all of these people and I am saddened we can't do it again. Anyway, I pray that all of you go to the 50th reunion and I hope it is everything you have dreamed of.
