After graduating from high school, I worked full time and went to college. I graduated from DelawareTechnical & Community College with an Associates Degree, then I earned my Bachelors Degree from Delaware State University in Business Administration. ack in Seaford Delaware. I bought a house and worked for ILC Dover as the Human Resources Specialist for three years. In November of 07 I decided to go back to school to get my Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. I graduated Jan 08, and am presently trying to figue out the next step for me to take career wise. While figuring things out I am substitute teaching grades K-8.
