James's Story
Life
I am still in California (in Fair Oaks near Sacramento). I have mainly worked with computers, having taught programming at colleges, worked in industry, worked for the State Lottery, and as a consultant. I have been married to Kathy for 35 years and have three children.

I retired on Halloween in 2010.

a classroom volunteer (mainly helping with math) in third, fourth, and fifth grade classes.
Kathy is also retired.
We now have a granddaughter, Charlotte, born in May, 2013, to Heather and her husband Ken.
We now have a grandson, Utah, born in January, 2014, to Forest and his wife Anne.
Peggy's husband Chuck died in February, 2014, and Peggy died in April, 2014.
Beginning in 2016, I volunteer in first grade mainly helping with reading and math. I try to walk 1 mile six times a day, but do not make it on hot days.
