f Utah and graduated in May of 2007. My son Blake was born in July 2006. We have a new edition, a baby girl in June 2011. I completed vascular surgery fellowship at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland Oregon in 2013. I am a vascular surgeon in Utah.
