James Bray:  

Life Here's my military bio. They're always a bit over the top and written in the third person but saved me some writing :) Lt Col James R. Bray is the Deputy Commander, Air Force Information Operations Battlelab, Air Force Information Operations Center, Lackland AFB, Texas. Lt Col Bray earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The Pennsylvania State University in January 1988, and a master’s degree in Managerial Economics from the University of Oklahoma in December 1995. He was a distinguished graduate from Penn State AFROTC where he received a regular commission on 7 January 1988. He attended Specialized Undergraduate Navigator Training at Mather AFB in Sacramento California and specialized in Electronic Warfare. He received the 1993 Jerome F. O’Malley Award as the best reconnaissance crew of the year. During his stay at Offutt, Lt Col Bray played integral roles in the 55th Wing’s involvement in Operations DESERT SHIELD, DESERT STORM, DESERT CALM, DENY FLIGHT, and PROVIDE PROMISE. Lt Col Bray is a Master Navigator with over 3900 flying hours in various models of the RC-135. His military decorations include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, the Air Medal, the Aerial Achievement Medal with 11 oak leaf clusters (OLC), the Air Force Commendation Medal with one OLC, and the Air Force Achievement Medal. He is married to the former Kimberly Jo Wilson of Omaha, Nebraska. They have two children, Courtney Nicole, age 10, and Robert James, age 8.
