James's Story
Here's some of my story:
After graduating from high school, I worked at Hanes hosiery for about five months. I was pretty happy working there. But, one day my buddy Mitchell Knox approached me with the idea of going in the Air Force on the buddy system with he and Michael Williams.
So we went to Florence, talked to a recruiter, and by early December 1973 all three of us were in basic training at Lackland AFB Texas.

ral assignments including, Ohio, Germany, Florida, Louisiana and Turkey, I ended up in Colorado Springs where my wife, daughter and I have lived since 1985.
I've moonlighted as a radio anouncer since 1981. Finally getting into television in 1995. Since then I've been working as an on-camera weather forecaster and traffic reporter.
I graduated from Colorado State University-Pueblo in 1998.
