James's Story
kI've travelled around a lot, from the arctic to Peru, most of Europe, Australia and New Zealand. I study in Berlin, Germany for a month or two and became fluent in German. Later I lived and worked in Ecuador, Colombia and Mexico and became fluent in Spanish. Then I found my wife and best friend in Balzac, AB. Shd and I've been married just about 20 years and our son is finishing High School. My wife, son and I have 3 pugs for fun and excitement. I am now retired in Calgary. I cannot work due to health.

is is how I look in the field shortly after graduating and began field work in the Rocky Mountains of Alberta.
I thot that I had survived OK being a child of a single parent. My mon was good but a I've learned that a kid needs both a mom and a dad.
If I won $100 million, I'd buy a condo, and spend the rest travelling and studying, Latin America cultures and architecture.
My current age is ±60. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be happily retired. I was so completely off the mark..
My the proudest trophy is my PhD certificate; I had to work hard for years for it.
