James's Story

I'm retired and living happily in Van Wert, Ohio. Taught high school math four years, then worked for an insurance company here in Van Wert for 33 years. Now I'm a part-time sportswriter for the local newspaper. Married (second time). My wife is RoseAnn. I have two sons by the first marri...Expand for more
age. She has three children -- a son and two daughters. Combined, we have 12 grandchildren, ranging in age from 1 to 15. I hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2003-2004. Rosie and I bicycled across America (Washington to Maine) in 2006. We still bicycle a lot -- and play quite a bit of tennis.
