James's Story
Life
I remember moving from Colorado to upstate New York in the 3rd grade. I attended Main St. Elementary and then went on to Parkway Jr High in the 7th grade. Some of my best friends were Ed Zielinski and Cheryl Mallozzi as well as others. I was in the chess club in 7th grade when my family moved back to Colorado. I attended Kearney Middle school and then Adams City High School until I graduated a year late in 1985. I lost my brother in 1982 to a car accident. In 1984, I was severly burned on one arm and part of chest due to a carburetor backfire at work. In high school I was in photography for four years and machine shop for four years also. we produced. I married at age 24. Had our first child at age 22. We had another child in 1993. I have two sons now, but divorced in 2002. I have been a full-time single dad raising my teenage boys. I race stock cars on the dirt during the summer and enjoy trips to mountains whenever possible. I am an active member in the church I attend. I was an owner of my own auto salvage yard for four years. My father has owned his auto salvage yard since Febuary of 1981 in Denver. We live an hour east of Denver and love being out here on the eastern plains of Colorado. I enjoy hearing from old classmates and I keep in touch with a select few.
