James's Story
After graduation in 72, I flunked out of KU then I flunked out of DCCC.
Managed to get myself in the Army and spent time in Hunstville, Alabama and Grafenwoehr Germany and getting Married to Lynn Wargo (from SHS class of 72).
Went back to school with my GI bill at The University of Knsas and managed to get through with a Pyschology degree - Finished with a Masters in Industrual Psychology and then went to work for the Boy Scouts of America in Topeka ...Expand for more

Worked for the State of Kansas for 14 years and Lynn and I had a boy (Will) in 1985. Worked for the EEO Office, Personnel Services, KDOT, and Dept of Commerce (9 years as head of research)- no i am not an economist - I just pretended to be one.
Went to the private sector at Westar Energy as a compensation alanlyst and n for the past 13 years I have been at Security Benefit Corp in comp and benefits.
Celebrated 39 years of mariage this past August
