James's Story
Life
My name is James Johnson
(Gator or Bogator). I
graduated from Carver High School in Gadsden, Al in 1965. I join the Air Force in 1965 and was assigned to Kincheloe, A.F.B.under 507th Supply Squadron. I was in POL at the Bulk Storage Plant. I retired on disability from the Air Force in 1970. I received a B.S.
Degree from Jacksonville
State University in 1975.
I was employed with the
United States Postal Service from 1976 - 2004,
and I decided to take an
early retirement January
31, 2004. I was roommate
with L.T. Clark and Irving Allen. If anyone

P.S. I retired from the USAF on disability in...Expand for more
1970 frrom Bitburg, AF Base Germany. I received a
European discharge and retired to Paris, France for
one year before returning to the USA. After retiring
from the USPS in 2004, I bought a new RV in 2006,
and my wife and I have been traveling the USA. We
have one son and five grandchildrens.

What squadron were you in from 1970 to 1976?
I was in the 36th Supply Squadron. Did you know
James (Dusty) Rhodes, James Evans, or anyone
that was in the 36th Supply Squadron? I hope to
