James's Story
Life
Left High School and worked for a couple of years in the Olympics cutting trail for the Forest Service. Married my beautiful wife Tania around that time then joined the Marine Corps. Saw 29 Palms, CA - Okinawa, Japan - and spent 3 years in North Carolina. I had two kids during this time Grace born in Alaska, and Josh born in North Carolina. Moved back to Gig Harbor, WA after the Marine Corps and had a job in Seattle. Worked my way up in a Telecommunications company to a "corner office with a view" (of Pier 69). to spend some time in Montana hunting and fishing. Once I got there I was a heavy equipment operator for a Gold-mining operation and lived in a ghost town for a year or so. Then we moved to Seeley Lake, MT and I helped build a log cabin lodge as a contractor. I now work as a Telecommunications Engineer for a couple of counties in Southeast MT. Soon, my family and I will be traveling oversees as missionaries to a small island country called Vanuatu. If you want to see some of what we are doing see richardsroad dot com, or drop me a line.
