James's Story
JIm is from Burlington, Iowa. He is married to Kay Yohe from Mediapolis. They have 4 kids, all grown and supporting themselves (thank goodness).
I enlisted in the Navy in 1972. Got a degree in Nuclear Engineering from North Carolina State,(paid for by the Navy) while in the Navy, was commissioned as an officer and went into naval aviation, and flew the EA6B Prowler. He stayed in the Navy for 24 years and visited 19 different countries, in those 24yrs but I was deployed 10+ years of the 24 years. I went on to get his MB...Expand for more
A from the University of West Florida.in 1986, I retired in 1995 from the Navy and immediately started working for Lockheed Martin as the Foreign Military Sales manager to Japan. After 2 years of bad New Jersey winters, I moved back to San Diego and worked for BAE Systems as a system engineering manager. after a few additional moves, I ended up working as an engineering manager with Raytheon. In June 2017 I retired for a second time and moved to Seattle WA.
Jim's interests include travel, riding his Harley bobber, visiting grandchildren, and enjoying life.
