James's Story

Be 53 June 8th. After leaving mhs,joined USN.Boot-camp Great Lakes,ILaviatio oridinace training, Memphis, TN. Assigned to USS AMERICA (CVA66),Norfolok/portsmouth Va. Mediteranian tour. earned Aviation ordinance petty officer 3rd class for magazines/elevators and flight deck. Been married. had 3 children.Brandy Jan 77(deceased march 05), James Arron Oct 77, kelly leigh July 79. 6 grandkids. Returned to Martinsville for few years til ford motor co. layoff.Moved to Sioux City Iowa where wife was from for employment. numerous trade schooland jobs until job as mental health technician for local hospital. obtained LPN, RN.for states of iowa, Nebraska, So.Dakota. BSN from UNIV OF SO.DAKOTA.majoring in psych nursing, addictons/detox, Alcohol and drug studies. am avid collector of many diff. interests, which i now buy and trade thru auctions/sales/internet.wat to many to mention. Born benham,ky. Raised an artesian. will pass the same. Many old friends/family in "the Ville", with many fond memories, and those i love and of ones gone and not forgotten.as am sure many dont remember me. u would be suprised as how observant i was growing and mhs. and took much more from each of those met, than ever gave. for this I am grateful.
