Graduated form GSC in 1968 and taught 8th grade in Albany,GA. Graduted from law school(Mercer) in 1973. Private law practice in Macon, GA until 1981. Moved to California in 1981 to teach at the law school at Pepperdine University. In 1984, moved to NC to teach at Campbell Univeristy law school. Been here ever since. Currently teaching Wills and Trusts and Property. I co-author two legal treatises for NC lawyers - one is a treatise on NC Real Property law and the other is a treatise on the NC law of Wills and Trusts. Personal
Diane and I have been married 45 years (as of 2013) and have 2 sons, Cole and Rhett. Cole is the senior pastor at Peace Presbyterian Church in Cary NC and has 4 children - 2 sons and 2 daughters. Rhett is in the entertainment business and has 2 sons.
