I can't believe it has been over 3 years now that we moved to Texas. Everyone is doing well. Missy is still working in the OR and Ryan and Alex are both doing well in School. Ryan is now in the 3rd grade and Alex is in the 1st grade.
Never would I have thought that life would lead me to where I am now. After working in management for many years I now find myself spending my days teaching 5 & 6 year olds and eating lunch with 700 kids every school day.
I must say that I have never been happier. I get to spend the summers home with the boys and we give each other high fives in the hallways throughout the day when school is in session.

o many years behind a desk, and way too many business meals have me alot closer to the 200 lb mark than I would like to admit. Of course I am starting a diet Monday (just like every Monday for the last 5 years). I have however traded in the large V-Twin powered motorcycles I loved to ride so much for the much lighter pedal powered version. Missy and I both recently completed a charity ride of 36 miles just 4 weeks after purchasing the bikes (what was I thinking). Our goal for next year's ride is 75 miles.
We are still very active in our wonderful church which is growing much faster than we ever could have imagined. We also enjoy camping and take out the fifthwheel camper as often as we can.
