James's Story
I don't know exzsctly where to begin. I have definetly had my troubles. But on the flip side, some good has come out of all I've been through. An example, now I know what not to do. I have been a cook for over 25 year's. I was attending Minneapolis Community & Technical College, the Culinary Arts, but had to withdraw for a little while. ta in 2004, from there to Fargo, North Dakota, and finally here to Minneapolis, MN. A little advice, if you can't take extreamly cold weather, don't come here.. Man does it get cold. The summer's are nice though. Well, I am still working in Food Service, still freezing sometimes and very interested in the people I grew up with. I've been out of touch for to long.
