James's Story
Life
The now pic is me & Daniel James Pullin who we adopted on 11/19/2007. Been in Fl since 72 & presently live in Orlando. Retired in 06' after 34 yrs with Bellsouth. Married to my best friend Cheri, a nurse who retired 3 yrs ago when we adopted Lucy, our 15 yr old. We are Foster parents and have 4 Bio-kids: Jennifer O'Neal 32 in Denver( her daughter Ella O'Neal 3 , Jason Andrew 29 here in Orlando, his 5 yr old son Calub, 2 yr old son Drew, and Ava Grace due in Feb 08; Elisabeth Ann 28 in San Francisco , Michelle Renee 27 also here & a week old foster baby. We have 3 dogs & 1 cat.
I survived cancer twice & decided to dedicate rest of life to homeless ...Expand for more
American children. I volunteer as a Guardian ad litem in the county.

Joined Navy in 69' at Tigertail Av (Coconut Grove Fl) Miami's Old Coast Guard Sta. 2yrs active duty 4yrs reserve. Went to firefighters school in San Francisco where I ran into old school friend Carson Harned. I was on the USS F D Roosevelt aircraft Carrier with school friend Hal Pirtle. Transferred to USS Albany, Guided Missle Cruiser where I got to know David Eisenhower, grandson of Ike. got off active duty in 72' & on reserve duty in Ft Lauderdale's Port Everglades on a mine sweeper til 75'.
