James's Story
Life
I currently live in Yucca Valley, California in the BEAUTIFUL high desert, about 30 miles North of Palm Springs. I was a Vice President with Warner Engineering from October 1987 (started there in July 1979) until I finally retired in February 2008. Before moving to Southern California, I spent 12 years in the San Jose area (1966-1978), where I met my wife and started raising our two daughters. t Fort Lewis in Washington, finshing up with a year plus in Baumholder, Germany. Before moving to San Jose, I worked for the Post Office in Yuba City, and for both the Division of Highways in Marysville and the Department of Water Resources in Oroville. Was first married and had three sons in the Marysville area. Now that I am retired, I have much more time to work on completing my 3 books on family history, and finding time to get back to Marysville more often!
