James's Story
Life
I was in the Army for 3 yrs. ('75-'78) where I taught basic electronics. I spent the next 12.5 yrs. as an electronics technician and computer specialist doing oceanographic research for the U.S. Navy. I met my wife Andrea (an oceanographer) while at sea. We've been married 20 yrs. I joined the Environmental Protection Agency in '90 as a computer specialist. I was the Geographic Information Systems Coordinator for EPA's Gulf of Mexico Program. e son, Micah, age 19. He earned his Boy Scout Eagle Badge in 2006. We're SOOOOO proud of him. He was homeschooled for the last nine of his 12 year education and he graduated high school in 2006 from Pensacola Christian Academy. He will be attending college in the fall of 2007 due to an extensive knee injury. We're extremely proud of him. Most importantly, I'm a Christian and I have taken a break from teaching adult Sunday School classes.
