But I digress...
I went straight from H.S. to Arizona State and got my Computer Science degree in 4 years.
I followed that by a year of unemployment due to a crummy job market. Eventually I got a job at a non-profit doing data entry and PC maintenance and stayed there for a couple of years.
Then in '93, I finally got a job at Honeywell doing software for embedded avioni...Expand for more
cs applications (mostly commercial airliner cockpit stuff).
I eventually quit Honeywell and went to a smaller company, ACSS, basically doing the same work. That's where I am now, and it's a pretty good job.
I still live in the Peoria area and spend my spare time either going to the movies, reading, or golfing (which I picked up when I got tired of bowling).
