James's Story
After graduating from Boston College, I became certified in Nuclear Medicine Technology at Mass General Hospital. I then went on to graduate from University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1979. I did my residency at St Elizabeths Medical Center in Brighton and from 1982 through 1993 had a full time private practice in Internal Medicine in Cambridge MA. te Medical Director. In 2002 the company "downsized" and eventually went out of business so I went back to private practices in Cambridge, Peabody and Gloucester. In 2009 I had a rare opportunity and became a Hospitalist (Inpatient physician) in Hawaii at Maui Memorial Hospital. I returned to MA in 2014 to be closer to my parents and am now working at St Elizabeths Medical Center and living in Newton with my wife Kristen - my life has come full circle both personally and professionally! LOL
