I am a Staff Attorney with the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, in Springfield, Virginia, and a nationally-recognized expert in labor and constitutional law in the context of individual rights. I'm married to Brenda (nearly 19 years!) with two boys, Jimmy (12) and Patrick (7). I travel frequently, with cases in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, and California. For about seven years, I wrote a weekly political column for the Potomac News (Wednesdays), and am active in Virginia Republican politics.
