Life
Hello,
Probably wonder why I am in the BHS class of 79 page. I did not graduate from Butler, however I spend all but 2.5 years of my school life going to Butler schools...so...Hey..I earned it. Plus, I have so many great memories of my time there.
I left Butler Intermediate in 10th grade and finished out my high school years at Milton Hershey School. A great school and I loved it there. Missed my friends...but loved the school.
I graduated and entered the USAF, becoming a Police Officer (bad boys make the best cops). Attained the rank of E6 Tech Sgt. I was stationed in South Dakota, Germany, Florida and upstate New York. I was responsible for Nuclear Security and at my last duty station, I was a flight chief and I ran a flight of 60 troops. I guarded presidents and statesman, Played base sports (baseball, softball, track, and football), Traveled a ton and generally had a great 10 years.
Shortly after entering the USAF, I married my wonderful wife of 29 years. We have 2 girls. Melissa 28 (married) and Samantha 23. We're very proud of our girls, we are all very happy and thriving.

he military, I worked for 2 company's but have had a few part time jobs at the same time. I was a Deputy Sheriff and I had my own business running a self defense school at the same time I was a production supervisor for Hershey Chocolate for 14 years. Currently my family and I are living in Seattle Washington. I now work for Starbucks Coffee as a Manufacturing Manager at the Kent Roasting plant, and we love Seattle. My wife and I spend a good amount of time traveling and exploring the area. We now consider this home and I canÂt ever imagine moving back east. A very liberal environment for a conservative rooted guy,,,but some how it fits.
School
I worked during college so, it was a blur, Milton Hershey was a great school, made some great friends and had a ton of fun playing sports. Butler was also allot of fun, but for different reasons. Butler was a war zone. In my experience it was a place where the strong or the friends of the strong survived. Maybe it was the 70Âs or maybe it is ButlerÂ
, who knows. But my fondest memories were around violent competition and burgeoning love. What else does a young man need?
