Jana's Story
Life.
Left the insurance business (as an agent) a couple of years ago to sell real estate and I'm loving it! Live in Canton, Ga. with my dog and hope to move further north eventually, but I still have at least 5 more years here. Life's blessings have been abundant. God has been very good to me. Never, ever speak to anyone from school. My sister, Debbie McGarity, and brother Jeff live in McDonough. Drop a line if you once knew me....I love hearing about how things turned out for folks!

Well, the real estate market is a bit dismal right now. Move...Expand for more
d over to Coldwell Banker and I'm working new home subdivisions, primarily in Vinings/Smyrna area. Great deals to be had!! Things are better this summer in the market than I've seen in a year and a half but still have a lot of room to grow. I've also been working foreclosures, both new construction and resales. Lending is undergoing many changes with the FHA changing gears and eliminating their down payment assistance program beginning in October. We're hoping that Fannie or Freddie will come up with an alternative once they get bailed-out. Fingers crossed!
