Janae's Story
Wow it is always hard to know what to say about yourself, but here goes....
I am happily married to the most wonderful man in the whole world, Jay. I am thankful everyday that God has placed him in my life. Our current children, Missy (1 year old cat) and Angel (1 year old dog) have fun in our beautiful home in Mt. Pleasant. Yes for some reason, I never left Racine we just now live in the County. While we enjoy living in Racine, we do plan to move someplace warmer in the next 5 years.
I have been working for the same company going on 12 years. I have traveled extensively in the US and abroad for my job which has been challenging and fun at the same time. I spent the last 5 years speaking at industry conferences and client meetings. t put into words the feeling I get. In my current job I design software solutions to catch criminals who commit financial crimes. The job is exhausting, amazing and challenging, but I love it.
In my free time, my husband and I love to work on our home. I am an avid gardener, with a wide variety of flowers, bushes, trees and shrubs. Someday I would love to take some classes to become a landscape architect. I also love to sing karaoke at the local bars. It is the one thing that I regret not pursuing further in my life.
The one thing that I have learned is this, life is short. It is meant to be enjoyed with all of the wonderful people that God has placed into our lives. So as Audrey Hepburn said, the best thing we can hold onto in this life is each other.
